Software and IT Engineering primarily applies principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of computer software. via processes and considerations of human factors such as safety-related software systems. There always take on attention as the communication and conflict would arise over misunderstandings of tasks or related cross-functional tasks.  

As a Project Manager of the IT company ACB Ingenieria, I was mindful of the role that software practitioners themselves play in the delivery of those systems and the struggle of the point of views in their communication.  Ma tasks and responsibilities for most aspects of the communication internal and external of every development lifecycle, projects and facilitate the communication between teams and customers towards the expected and successful outcome.
