In the book The Psychology of Sales, Tracy provides parameters for the reader to learn how to identify the internal game of sales, know why people buy, shows how to analyze different sales methods, among others, highlighting its 10 keys to success in sales, which are pearls for the growth of professionals in the area.

Key #1: Do what you like to do


The good salesman loves what he does, people who are happy doing what they like have a greater chance of success, because this carries intrinsic commitment to be the best at what he does.
